قوانین و مقررات کرکره باز
استفاده از سایت و اپلیکیشن کرکره باز به منزله پذیرش قوانین و مقررات زیر است.
قوانین عمومی
- تمامی کاربران موظف‌اند هنگام استفاده از خدمات، قوانین جمهوری اسلامی ایران را رعایت کنند.
- مسئولیت صحت اطلاعات ثبت‌شده بر عهده کاربر است.
- کرکره باز می‌تواند در صورت مشاهده تخلف، حساب کاربری یا محتوای ثبت‌شده را محدود یا حذف نماید.
قوانین مربوط به فروشندگان
- فروشندگان موظف‌اند اطلاعات صحیح و واقعی از فروشگاه و محصولات خود ثبت کنند.
- درج قیمت، توضیحات و تصاویر خلاف واقع ممنوع است.
- ثبت کالاهای غیرقانونی، تقلبی یا ممنوعه مجاز نیست.
- پاسخ‌گویی مناسب به کاربران و رعایت احترام الزامی است.
قوانین مربوط به خریداران
- کاربران خریدار موظف‌اند در چت، نظرات و ارتباط با فروشندگان احترام را رعایت کنند.
- ثبت نظرات توهین‌آمیز، خلاف واقع یا تبلیغاتی ممنوع است.
- مسئولیت نهایی بررسی کالا و خرید حضوری بر عهده خریدار است.
مسئولیت کرکره باز
کرکره باز بستری برای معرفی فروشگاه‌ها و محصولات محلی است و مسئولیت مستقیم در معامله حضوری میان خریدار و فروشنده ندارد. با این حال، گزارش‌های تخلف بررسی شده و در صورت نیاز اقدامات لازم انجام می‌شود.
مالکیت معنوی

تغییرات
کرکره باز ممکن است در آینده این سیاست را به‌روزرسانی کند. ادامه استفاده از خدمات به معنای پذیرش نسخه جدید خواهد بود.
حذف حساب و اطلاعات
می‌توانید هر زمان حذف حساب کاربری و اطلاعات مرتبط با آن را درخواست کنید. پس از درخواست، اطلاعات شما به مدت 14 روز برای امکان بازیابی حساب نگهداری و سپس به‌طور دائمی حذف می‌شود. مراحل درخواست در صفحه حذف حساب کاربری آمده است.

Kerkerebaz is a platform for introducing local stores and products and is not directly responsible for in-person transactions between buyer and seller. Reports of violations are reviewed and action is taken when needed.
Intellectual property
All names, trademarks, designs, content and features of Kerkerebaz belong to it; use without permission is prohibited.
Changes
Kerkerebaz may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means accepting the new version.
